Week 3 – my affirmation is..

CONSAPEVOLEZZA = AWARENESS Vorrei condividere con voi questa splendida poesia di Pablo Neruda , poeta cileno  che è stato uno dei massimi esponenti della letteratura latino americana contemporanea, nonché vincitore del Premio Nobel per la letteratura nel 1971.                                                           

Non lamentarti – Pablo Neruda

Non incolpare nessuno,
non lamentarti mai di nessuno,
di niente,
perché in fondo Tu
hai fatto quello che volevi nella vita.
 
Accetta la difficoltà di costruire te stesso
ed il valore di cominciare a correggerti.
Il trionfo del vero uomo
proviene delle ceneri del suo errore.
 
Non lamentarti mai della tua solitudine
o della tua sorte, affrontala
con valore e accettala.
In un modo o in un altro è il risultato
delle tue azioni e la prova
che Tu sempre devi vincere.
 
Non amareggiarti del tuo fallimento
né attribuirlo agli altri.
 
Accettati adesso o
continuerai a giustificarti come un bimbo.
Ricordati che qualsiasi momento
è buono per cominciare e che nessuno é
così terribile per cedere.
 
Non dimenticare che la causa del tuo presente
é il tuo passato,
come la causa del tuo futuro sarà il tuo presente.
 
I tuoi problemi, senza alimentarli, moriranno.
Impara a nascere dal dolore e ad essere piú grande,
che è il più grande degli ostacoli.
 
Guarda te stesso allo specchio
e sarai libero e forte e finirai di essere
una marionetta delle circostanze,
perché tu stesso sei il tuo destino.
 
Alzati e guarda il sole nelle mattine
e respira la luce dell’alba.
Tu sei la parte della forza della tua vita.
Adesso svegliati,
combatti, cammina, deciditi e
trionferai nella vita;
Non pensare mai al destino,
perché il destino è il pretesto dei falliti.
 
(Pablo Neruda)   I’d like to share with you this wonderful poem written by Pablo Neruda . Never complain Never complain of anybody, neither of anything, because fundamentally you have made what you wanted of your life. Accept the difficulty of your own edification and the value of start correcting yourself. The triumph of the true man surges of the ashes of his error. Never complain of your loneliness or of your fate, face it with courage and accept it. One way or another it is the result of your acts and a proof that you always have to gain. Do not bitter yourself of your own failure nor burden it on somebody else, accept yourself now or you will continue justifying yourself as a child. Remember that any moment is good to start and that none is so terrible to claudicate. Do not forget that the cause of our present is your past, likewise the cause of your future will be your present. Learn from the audacious, from the strong, from whom do not accept situations, from whom will live in spite of everything, think less of your problems and more of your work and your problems, without eliminating them, will die. Learn to be born from pain, and to be greater than the greatest of the obstacles, look at yourself in the mirror of yourself and you will be free and strong and you will stop being a puppet of circumstances because you yourself are your destiny.
